1. Whisk together Almondaise (in your GermProof Kids Recipe Book!), 1 TBSP lemon juice, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp mustard, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 onion powder in the bottom of a medium mixing bowl.
2. Add 5 large grated carrots, 2-3 chopped green onions, 1-2 chopped celery stalks and stir very well.
3. Spread on buttered, toasted bread and eat open faced, or for little ones, I stuff a dinner roll or hamburger bun with the mixture to make it less messy and easier to eat.
